These are stranger and the taste for them must be acquired, so it is not ideal to use them, unless you have a recipe that brings out the best in blue cheeses, for example, salmon or raw tuna.
When you want to make a pizza, ensure that the toppings used contain a good both strong-flavours and mild-flavours. A pizza heaped full of meat, pepperoni and sausages might be balanced with something lighter and tangier. Boil the tomatoes and mash them to make a healthy base.
